You don’t need an iPad but I do strongly recommend having one because I find that a lot of textural work starts with drawing using your creative eye. One module is dedicated to Procreate, and two modules are dedicated to Illustrator. If you're in the market for an iPad, I recommend The iPad Pro. Procreate is an app for iPad an is an $10 one time investment
To take this course you need to have an understanding of Adobe Illustrator and preferably Procreate (an app for the iPad).
